">从早期教会的记录来看，“主的晚餐”已逐渐失去了逾越节的色彩，不再注重当节的时间，也不再注重逾越节晚餐所享用的食物。就时间而言，“主的晚餐”可以天天举行，也不受地点的限制（徒2：46）；就“食物”而言，没有苦菜，甚至没有逾越节的羊羔，仅仅以葡萄汁和无酵饼来表示晚餐全部的意义（林前11：23－28）。然而，“主的晚餐”却赋予逾越节全新的意义，因为，基督亲自成为了“逾越节的羔羊”（林前5：7），他用自己的血，只一次进入圣所，就成了永远赎罪的根源（来9：12）。故此，圣餐的饼和杯用来表示耶稣的身体和血，而这两者都代表基督的牺牲和受死，并由此使人类从罪恶中得到释放。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; list-style-type: none; list-style-position: initial; list-style-image: initial; word-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 1.5em; ">&nbsp;<wbr>&nbsp;<wbr>&nbsp;<wbr>&nbsp;按照神当日吩咐摩西的话，逾越节要从尼散月（正月）初十日就开始预备（出12：3），并在十四日，就是逾越节的当天宰杀羔羊，当夜就要用火烤了吃，并不能留到第二天（出12：6－10）。紧接着，以色列人要守除酵节七日，就是从正月十五到二十一日（出12：15）。把两个节日加在一起，共有八天，这八天都要吃无酵饼（出12：18）。在两约期间，犹太人将这八天的节期通称为“除酵节”，约瑟夫在《犹太古史》15：1和《犹太战争史》3：1都记载了这件事。到了耶稣时代，这种思想得到延续，福音书的作者也采用了这个名称：“除酵节，又名逾越节，近了。”（路22：1）因此，符类福音所说的“逾越节的第一天”是指十四日，也就是传统犹太人吃逾越节晚餐的日子，即十四日的黄昏，十五日的开始。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; ">&nbsp;<wbr>&nbsp;<wbr>&nbsp;<wbr>&nbsp;不过，约翰却把这个时间提前了一天，并特别提到当清晨犹太人把耶稣解往衙门的时候，恐怕会沾染污秽，不能吃逾越节的筵席，所以，他们自己不进衙门（约18：28）。以此理推，耶稣被钉死正是逾越节的当天，即十四日午后时分，这看法与日后保罗的看法相同，因为保罗也曾说：“我们逾越节的羔羊基督已经被杀献祭了。”（林前5：7）</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
