font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-decoration: none; font-family: 宋体; "><div id="Time"></div><div id="Position"></div><div id="Image"></div><div id="Content"><font id="Zoom"><p></p><p align="left"> 新华网北京１月７日电（记者谭浩）２００９年全国宗教工作会议７日在北京召开。中共中央政治局常委、全国政协主席贾庆林会见与会代表并发表重要讲话。他强调，各级宗教工作部门要认真贯彻党的宗教工作基本方针，围绕中心、服务大局，强化管理、促进和谐，全力维护我国社会安定团结的良好局面，以优异的工作成绩迎接新中国成立６０周年。</p><p> 贾庆林对过去一年宗教部门的工作给予充分肯定。他说，２００８年是党和国家事业发展进程中很不寻常、很不平凡的一年，也是宗教工作扎实推进，取得显著成绩的一年。全国宗教工作战线的同志们充分发挥宗教领域的特点和优势，大力做好奥运宗教服务和维稳安保等工作，为实现平安奥运发挥了积极作用；在雨雪冰冻灾害和汶川特大地震灾害面前，广泛动员宗教界力量，慷慨捐款捐物，积极参加各种救助活动；在拉萨“３·１４”事件发生后，深入开展反分裂斗争，维护西藏和其他藏区社会稳定。这些成绩的取得，是党中央、国务院正确领导的结果，也凝聚着全国宗教工作战线上同志们的辛勤工作和无私奉献。</p><p> 贾庆林对做好２００９年宗教工作提出了四点要求：第一，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，为保持经济平稳较快发展贡献力量。要结合开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动，认真总结宗教工作的宝贵经验，不断推动宗教工作的理论创新、制度创新和实践创新。要认真贯彻中央的决策部署，组织和支持广大信教群众积极发展生产、改善生活、勤劳致富，共同为夺取全面建设小康社会新胜利而奋斗。第二，加强对宗教界人士和信教群众的教育引导，自觉维护社会和谐稳定。要深入开展爱国主义、社会主义的教育活动，培养和造就一支政治上靠得住、宗教造诣好、人品能服众的宗教界代表人士队伍。充分发挥宗教界和宗教团体的作用，确保宗教领域和谐稳定，维护社会安定团结。第三，认真落实宗教事务条例，不断提高宗教事务管理的能力和水平。要把保障公民宗教信仰自由与确保宗教活动规范有序结合起来，把发挥宗教界人士和信教群众在促进经济社会发展中的积极作用与抵御境外利用宗教进行渗透活动结合起来，把依法管理宗教事务与健全宗教自身各种规章制度结合起来，进一步推进宗教事务管理的法制化、科学化和现代化。第四，强化基层宗教工作，进一步夯实宗教工作的基础。要充分了解和掌握基层宗教工作的基本情况和面临的主要问题，更有针对性地加强对基层宗教工作的指导，着力解决宗教领域的一些重点、难点问题。要加强对基层党政领导干部的培训，推动基层建立和完善宗教工作机制、工作网络和工作队伍。各级党委和政府要切实加强对宗教管理部门的领导，帮助他们解决工作和生活等方面的实际问题。</p><p> 中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理回良玉，全国政协副主席、中央统战部部长杜青林参加会见并出席会议。回良玉在会上强调，要全面把握宗教工作面临的新形势，进一步增强责任感和使命感，坚持以科学发展观统领宗教工作，全面贯彻党的宗教工作基本方针，深入落实宗教事务条例，充分发挥宗教界人士和信教群众在促进经济社会发展中的积极作用，进一步做好信教群众的工作，切实维护宗教领域的和谐稳定。要完善宗教工作领导体制和工作机制，加强宗教工作机构和干部队伍的建设，不断提高宗教工作的能力和水平。</p><p> 各省、自治区、直辖市宗教工作部门负责同志，中央有关部门负责同志等出席会议。</p></font></div></td></tr></tbody></table></span>
